Consistently longer lines than any election I’ve seen throughout the early voting period. Lot’s of mail in too.

It is odd that Vegas would go all in for Biden. These lockdowns are going to kill tourism to Vegas.

Some of that is indeed Trump enthusiasm, but another and probably more important is covid-19 fear. There also are a lot who are voting by absentee.

Voters don't want to be confronted by long lines on election day. Tomorrow is the last day of early voting and there may be long lines then anyway. I voted yesterday afternoon about 3:30 and there was only a couple of minutes wait sitting inside before going to the voting area. I'm sure there was a rush after 4:00 when many oil-field workers get off work.

Trump may not win New Mexico but we are almost sure to get rid of the RadDem in NM District 2 who poses as a supporter of the oil industry but votes with Pelosi 95% of the time and was a staffer for RadDem environmentalist Senator Tom Udall who is retiring (see my tag line). We may get a Pub senator too. Popular and well known Meteorologist Mark Ronchetti is running a good race against Ben Lujan who was a key Pelosi assistant. The ABQ Journal endorsed Ronchetti saying Lujan was too entrenched in the Washington scene to represent New Mexico.

In my small town, myself, my family and my friends have all voted and all voted Trump, most voted a straight GOP ticket, a few crossed the line for county treasurer and can be forgiven. My college educated millennial grandchildren all voted Trump.

Many hispanics and the older, diehard, democrat, Catholic women are terrified of Covid and probably won’t be voting. At least one Trump hater is not voting for any presidential candidate.

Signs are overwhelmingly Trump and the shy supporters fly the flag.
