Globalization of the workforce has hurt Americans. It’s a well researched fact that even proponents are admitting.
The 85,000 H-1B limit only applies to private sector employers. Academic employers, federal agencies and contractors, state and local government agencies, are exempt from the 85,000 visa cap.
Probably 1 to 2 million H-1B applicants come in on exemptions every year.
ALL of them are fraudulent, because there are qualified American applicants for every IT job.
Indians working as IT recruiters are committing visa fraud, because those jobs do NOT fall into the categories specified by the legislation.
Furthermore, Indian IT recruiters don't submit American applicants for the jobs. They gather the credentials, steal the identities and professional information, block the Americans from the hiring employers, and submit only Indian applicants to the employers.
I have 20+ years IT experience. I have been looking for a job for almost a year now. I get 2 to 3 calls from Indian recruiters everyday. I may get 1 phone call from an American recruiter a month. Question, who is paying these Indians to block me from getting a job?
It is insanity to be discriminated against, in my own country, because of my national origin. It is insanity that people can come from a foreign country and blatantly break our employment laws.
I don't know who is paying them, but the whole financial sector has gone totally Hindi with their IT. The only Americans remaining are those who are hanging onto their jobs from many years past.
HR departments are communist feminazis now; won't even consider a white male applicant. Why else would they demand you identify your race? You can't submit an online application without that part.
Only Indians can get hired for open positions. Banks of all sizes, coast to coast, brokerage firms, insurance companies, government agencies, academia.
I've interviewed in some places with feminazi and soi-bois at the lower levels, but Indians in the senior positions.
It's a genocide of white males in the USA, by definition.

Next step: whenever a visa holder IS hired for an American job, tax the employer a significant amount to fund a program to train local American high school and community college students for the same type and similar jobs.

He keeps missing why these companies are hiring Chinese and other foreigners. They are knee-deep in promoting diversity. It’s now part of business culture. Brainwashing employees with white privilege nonsense and all the rest.
