There wasn’t anything illegal about the proposed company on its fact. There probably should be, but there wasn’t. But what actually happened under the table seems highly illegal.

It was my understanding Bobulinski had no investment other than time and the money his travels cost him. Bobulinski was supposedly hired to organize and set up the company Sinohawk. According to Bobulinski it seems two things bothered him, the Chinese portion of the company was buying billions worth of a Russian energy company and he knew nothing about it until a news announcement, and Hunter had become personal lawyer for chairman of the Chinese company cutting around Bobulinski. I think they were going to try to leave Bobulinski holding the bag as the Bidens and partners looted the company. Seems the Chinese partner has disappeared.

Yes! My thoughts exactly. A lot of the “business” he discussed I was not able to grasp, but I kept watching. I just kept wondering how did he NOT know this was dirty money and dealings on the Bidens part, especially with his background in the military.

To anyone who cared to know, the political implications of the interview were absolutely devastating. It is not clear whether the facts were so complicated that the bulk of the electorate will be moved or even understand the implications.

From a legal point of view, it's not clear from the interview alone what crimes are implicated. Unfortunately there was no follow-through on the money, that is, the $5 million+ the $5 million. From other sources, primarily Giuliani's interviews, we are told the tens of millions rolled into the Biden family from China but that does not appear to be the case from this interview. That is unfortunate.

It makes it infinitely more difficult for the mainstream media to claim Russia hoax or to smother the scandal.
