It seems to me when CNN first started it was news 24/7. You could tune in almost any time and in 15 minutes get a quick overview of the “news” now it is just 24/7 opinions.

The news has always been liberal but back then they tried to cover up their bias and pretend to be 'fair and balanced'.
They never really were, but they were not 'pravda' like they are today.
