I'm tracking the winds and wind gusts in real time on the Wundermap on Weather Underground and the worst I've seen is 30 MPH winds with gust up to 38 MPH.

Summerdale is in Baldwin County, Alabama, due East of Mobile across Mobile Bay.

As it moves inland, even if it moves fast, the winds won't grow in strength and speed, will they?

You can track wind speed via the NWS. Current sustained winds for Mobile 40 mph, gusts 59 mph. Hattiesburg MS 29 MPH, Gusts 49 MPH.

Keesler AFB, Biloxi sustained 49 mph, gusts 69 mph.
