The people who determined this monster earned the right or deemed that it was a “good idea” to release it back into society bear some responsibility for the murder and must be held accountable. At a minimum they should never again be in a position to decide to release a felon (i.e., if not for the action of the person or persons who agreed to release the monster the monster would not have murdered the innocent child.)

Hold anyone in government responsible for their actions? We can't do that. Hell, we only superficially did it at Nuremburg.

I will tell you this much... if I - who have worked my entire career in the private sector - did something that resulted in anything remotely similar to this case, I would not only be canned, I would be shunned and likely never find a decent job again. I'd probably also be sued into oblivion. So tell me...

When was the last time a judge or some parole board member lost it all for screwing up like this?

It’s time to start publishing the names of everyone responsible for the release of these animals. Contact local news outlets, local politicians and start putting their feet to the fire. Start a go fund me to put up billboards with names pictures etc.

I totally agree. I also think we need to start being really loud and demand them to be held responsible. This is where the left has us beat with their tactics, kinda the squeaky wheel thing. They stomp and stomp until they get their way, whereas we, the right, in so many instances are timid. IMHO
