Maybe Austin is getting tired of being SO FREAKING weird/lib/homeless tents/etc.
Visited Austin a month ago, tent 20 feet from the hotel on an empty lot looked they were well established, furniture by the fire, every overpass a tent camp, trash everywhere. Sister has been there 2 years, ready to get out as fast as they can.
