So the vote out of committee will be unanimous?

I thought there was a rule where at least one minority member had to be present. Thats fine too. Just send it to directly to Cocaine Mitch for a floor vote.

Petulant children. This will be a BIGLY WIN for Trump next week. People want to root for the team that wins.
Partner, the American public always like a winner in President Trump.
Like another Freeper said wait till Nov. 3rd and let the crying begin by the DemonRats.

We tried to tell Miss Lindsey not to waste precious time with committee hearings as they aren’t required by the Constitution
So, no requirement that there’s a committee vote

From the article:
Under Judiciary Committee rules, 12 members have to be present in order to report a nomination to the floor a requirement Republicans can meet on their own if every GOP senator is present.
But the rules also require two members of the minority party to be present in order to transact business.

The Rats rammed through ObamaCare in the dead of night on Christmas Eve without a single Republican vote.
Payback is a bitch. /spit.

Maybe two senators could switch parties, vote, and then switch back.

Didn’t the Dem women wear white and turn away and walk out of Trump’s State of the Union or something?
Haven’t seen such childishness since the kindergarten school playground.
