Somewhere between 8 - 12 percent of our population has survived with antibodies now. They should be exempt.
If he daily insists “everyone “ needs to wear a mask that includes him.

Making people who do not have the virus and are not spreading the virus wear masks is stupid. But that describes the vast majority of people in many areas of the country.
We live in the part of Washington State that was first area of the country where Coronavirus became a problem. When it was most prevalent here tests were not available to people who were not health care workers, politicians or celebrities. Most people here have probably been exposed and either had minor symptoms like Fredo or none at all. The masks are stupid and ineffective here for preventing the spread of the virus. The emphasis should be on washing your hands and using sanitizer if you want to stay well. That would make a bit of sense.
But the masks are not really meant to make people safer. They are to make the drones feel safer and more importantly to force everyone to comply so we can understand the power of leftist politicians.
Rationality and reason have no meaning and are not tolerated by fearful women and weak “men”.

Can you litifate your case before you walk into Big Lots? No.
Conversely, THEIR masks protect one another, including Fredo.
Whether one believes masks are effective in stopping the Chinese virus is a matter of personal opinion - I personally believe the time for masks has come and gone - but clearly there's some hypocrisy here if Fredo, the CNN loudmouth and brother of New York's murdering governor, doesn't wear a mask.
