Hate is an emotion common to all human beings.
To say a black person cannot be racist is to say they are incapable of a normal human emotion because they are black, and people, that’s racist!.
A teacher (of whatever race) with a hostile attitude towards white people is not somebody white parents should tolerate being in a classroom with their kids, any more than black parents would like a Klansman teaching their kids.
