Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has vetoed bills that would have made it a felony to apply for multiple absentee ballots or fill out an application for others without their consent.
Voter fraud is already a crime, the Democrat said, and the Republican-backed legislation would “muddy the waters” and “likely confuse voters” about what is considered criminal.
In a letter to lawmakers Friday, the governor said it is impossible to get a second ballot without spoiling the first one and pointed out that voters might submit multiple ballot applications due to memory or error.

As I just posted on another thread, nothing will convince me that fraud in blue states didn’t account for Hillary winning the popular vote.

Does making it a felony mean it goes to federal court where the State’s DA can drop the charges?

I have voted for the past 60 years.
I have NEVER EVER requested an absentee ballot.
I got one this year.
Did NOT open it.
Taking it with me to early vote in person & going to question officials WHY I got such a ballot.
She was dealt a severe blow when the Mich. SC said she can’t continue to count ballots 14 days after the election.
That woman is a menace, and a domestic enemy of the Constitution.
Whitmer wants to steal the election.
