Too bad; but, barring major events that could tire Marylanders of the left, he’s as conservative as we are going to get for that state. He’s way better than any Democrat.
I have an idea. See if this makes any sense to you. The Dems want DC to be a state. How about if we let them have that, but lump the entire Washington metro area into it: Fairfax county and other surrounding Dem Counties, including Baltimore. That way, the Dems get two new Senators and we get 4, as well as two new Red States (Maryland and Virginia).

I voted for him in 2014: let not the perfect be the enemy of the good.
But after understanding about his corruption with his Hogan Strong slush fund (supposedly for cancer patients), as a cancer survivor myself, if I had voted for him in 2018, I would have been saying, “Let not the perfect be the enemy of the bad!”
So I voted for Shawn Quinn (LP) instead.
