SCOOP: A person familiar with the matter tells @CBSNews that Bruce Ohr is no longer working at DOJ. He resigned the day before he was going to be terminated by DOJ over his conduct cited in IG Horowitz report. Ohr was faulted for becoming a kind of backchannel linking dossier author Christopher Steele to the FBI after Steele's termination by Bureau as a source. Timing: Ohr left DOJ in recent weeks + seeking his comment
So, did Herridge head over to the CIA to see if he is working there, at his old job?

I understand the concept of “group think” and echo-chambers and “working towards the fuhrer.” But how exactly are so many lower-level “associate AGs” and “assistant directors” convinced (and organized) to do something which was illegal, unconstitutional - and especially dangerous to themselves? Why would someone like Ohr, or Page, who have probably never even met Hillary Clinton - ultimately sacrifice themselves for her? It’s bizarre.
Off into the sunset with his six figure pension and life time health benefits and I’m sure he also has a pot of gold paid to him for all the criminal crap he was involved in.
