Washington’s Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously rejected a recall effort against Seattle Mayor Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan over her handling of widespread summer protests.
The recall effort, led by six Seattle residents, blames the mayor for the Seattle Police Department’s indiscriminate use of tear gas during weeks of protests against racial injustice and police brutality sparked by the police custody death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

Our Supreme Court in Washington has been a corrupt highly political body for decades.
When liberalism and leftist (narcissist) dominate the various levels and branches of government, no amount of oppression, immorality, and evil will ever satisfy!

They wanted to recall her because the police used tear gas against the protestors.
The west coast is insane.
And only an evil narcissistic thug media would push it all.
Gov. Dimslee has had a number of court appointments and they are all Commies like him. It doesn’t surprise me this case was dismissed.
We in Portland have Seattle beat hands down. The leading candidate for mayor was wearing a skirt with Mao, Che Guevara and Stalin it. She says she’s part of antifa and she’s leading the current pro antifa mayor by 11 points.

I suspect those considering a recall for the more substantial issues were intimidated and did not follow through.

If you're a Constitutional Conservative come on down to Florida - you'll be welcome. Its basically 50/50 here - even including the independents.
Offices are often won with only a few votes. Oddly they're almost always democrats who win.
The dogcatcher job is even contested but the DEM always wins.

In Florida there's no bag limit on varmints (Coyotes) so its probably in the Constitution nationwide.

It is very well-known at the Washington State Supreme Court how much I hate those corrupt bastards/bitches; and they are. If you called them and mentioned my name, they would know exactly who you were talking about.
That said, this was not a basis under Washington Law to permit a recall election; and I have said so from the beginning.
