On September 27, Dan Bongino, Fox News contributor, host of one of the most popular political podcasts, and best selling author (and prior to all of that a former Secret Service agent who served on the presidential protection detail, and a NYC police officer), appeared on Fox and Friends (6-9 A.M. E.T.) and confirmed that he had a serious health issue involving a tumor in his neck. Earlier this morning, in a live follow-up segment on the same program, Bongino, 48, appearing from a hotel room in NYC, announced that he would be having surgery at a New York hospital on Wednesday to determine the extent of the tumor and its treatment. Bongino tweeted the video of his Fox News appearance this morning here.

To this point, Bongino has not revealed the results of the biopsy – noting only that he will be having surgery on Wednesday October 7th

For those who haven’t listened to Dan’s show, you should. I don’t know what’s taking Durham so long. He could understand 90% of Spygate by having listened to the show and reading Dan’s books on the topic. He’s a great American. Prayers for his swift recovery.

I love Don Bongino.
Back when he was running for Senate, Dan was the guest speaker at an Eagle Scout ceremony I attended. We had a very good conversation for about 15 minutes.
I told my wife that even though he will lose the senate campaign, we’re going to be hearing a lot from him.
Prayers up.
On Twitter he had said the lump was quite close to his carotid artery. That alone is cause for concern. But it seems to me he mentioned he also has another lump somewhere else he’d rather not say and I hope that is also getting surgical treatment.
Yes, prayers for him and his healthy recovery.
We will all be praying for him.
I have been wondering how Bongino has been doing. Prayers that whatever it is, it was caught early enough that it hasn’t ‘traveled’.
