There’s already Supreme Court case law that you cannot give benefits to people on the basis of their descent. (Believe it or not, some of that is from the No Titles Of Nobility clause.)

For the Japanese reparations issue, it was only those who were actually in the internment camps that got payments.

Does this include Mexicans because there were Black Conquistadors like Juan Garrido who went on a conquest with Ponce De Leon in Mexico. I think I was traumatized by that. So where is my reparations and when do I expect it? /s
