There should be a camera on Joe Biden from every angle during the debate. Biden will probably receive several so-called B12 shots during the debate.
It should still be easy for Trump to portray Joe as weak, against the Radicals. You might as well vote for Bernie or AOC.

I seriously doubt they have drugs strong enough to provide Joe any kind of advantage, let alone full protection from himself.
Drugs can only do so much.

What other reason would he refuse a drug test besides actually being on some form of prescribed medication for a diagnosed medical condition or an illegal drug?
So either he’s hiding a diagnosed medical condition from the American people or he’s hiding an addiction to illegal drugs from the American people. Either should be disqualifying to most voters sitting on the fence about who they want to vote for this year.
It’s ok the give a way will be when he wheels his IV rack on the debate stage.

Can’t wait to see the awkward extended pauses while Biden tries to listen to the answer he’s getting in his ear... and then the more awkward period when he tries to repeat what he thought he heard.
My bet is Biden is likely exceeding recommended dosages and/or is using unapproved meds or approved meds but with off-label use.
I hope just to be “sure”....they double his dosage and he is all hyped up, speaks a million miles an hour, lapses into quick-paced memories of corn pop, and then wets himself on stage....and ends with a “come on man” before passing out
