Our tax lawyer dictates many of our moves now. If you have invested well you have to structure your income flow to legally avoid the pitfalls in the tax laws.
Anyone who has done well financially knows this and does the same.
I remember on year they did show up and Bill donated his used jockey underwear and took a charitable deduction for the disease-ridden things.
Even if you boiled them in bleach for a whole day and night they would still give you something if you put them on...
It’s not fraudulent because of being illegally obtained/published. It could be fraudulent if it’s a fake document.
