Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg on Friday rolled out a new $40 million ad buy in Florida as Democrats look to bolster Joe Biden’s chances of winning the Sunshine State.

The new ad blitz is the first to be announced from Bloomberg since he pledged to spend $100 million in Florida, the biggest swing state in the nation and a place that is considered a virtual must-win for President Trump this November.

The gargantuan buy, which is being funded through the Bloomberg-backed Independence USA PAC, also comes as early voting begins in Florida.

They can run $1B worth of Biden ads in Florida and not a single Trump supporter will be converted.

Already enough Trump supporters in FL to win the state for Trump.

Basement Biden and his equally boring running mate are unlikeable stiffs.

I’m old enough to remember when Democraps DECRIED the role of billionaires in politics. When they CRITICIZED money-bought elections.

That said, that little turd Doomberg will have as much luck now, as he had in the primaries.

Bloomberg’s worth $65 - $70 billion. He could do this in 10 states and it would not knock 1% off his net worth.

Biden is running non-stop lying ads up here in Washington State - which is dominated by the People’s City of Seattle, and that tells me their internal polling is horrible.

Isn’t this against campaign finance laws? Diesh gets the slammer for a tiny mistaken amount over the limit?

Billions of dollars spent on TV ads that could have been spent on planting entire forests in Africa to prevent climate change - an issue he supposedly is passionate about and drove his race for President.

I’m seeing ads a lot in Kentucky as well for Biden on broadcast networks - they are running these ads nationally without any message competition.

Bloomberg creates tremendous hatred of himself throughout America by his meddling in elections — May he boil
In Hell for misusing his money in such evil ways

He would have been wiser if he sent the money to the guy in India who has a plan and says he can double you money in 10 days.

One of them is a tear-jerking biographical ad narrated by Biden about losing children and his first wife, another is an ad promoting his economic agenda, and another is highlights of his acceptance speech talking about his plans for combating the coronavirus that he states he advocated for since the beginning while Trump has done nothing. That’s obviously a lie, but there is no competing message. He has a monopoly. His campaign is running these ads nationally on the digital subchannels like MeTV network - which is actually a very shrewd move - these networks are viewed mainly by older voters, the ones most likely to vote, and are often forgotten by political campaigns to spend money on. I’ve been watching these networks for many years - this is the first time I have ever seen political ads on them.

Trump should make that point in the debate. Bloomburg should spend the money on medical research - something useful.

He could pick a poor small town in Appalachia and retro fit all of the homes to be more energy efficient and more livable. I can think of all kinds of things he could with that money that would make the world a better place, piece by piece. But instead, he does this.

Agree a good idea that way he wouldn’t be wasting his money.

Bloomberg will motivate all the Jews from NY in Palm Beach and Broward counties, but they always vote 75-80% Democrat anyway.
