His cardiologist said that he is now in arrhythmia and she wants to give his heart an internal zap to see if it will correct that. In the meantime, he could have a stroke or a heart attack.

The states did not decide.
The progs and their RINO enablers allowed a ruling by a District judge.
Will be repealed and also, people are swarming their state legislators.
All 3 states had court-approved recounts in the last election that had to be stopped when the fraud became too obvious to hide (and that the votes were not there).
