During a campaign speech, Joe grabbed a female reporter's arm and held it for an extended time while admonishing her not to ask such a brazen question, or something to that effect. The reporter had comments on this incident which were all over the internet. Joe was being an a$$hole, and that was pretty much the story.

It does show Biden grabbing the girl’s arm. The camera angle is bad, it is not dramatic footage.

There is a video, yes. She asked her question, he answered. On her follow up question he said something like “Don’t play games with me kid.” She moved away, and then after he shook hands with other people he went after her and grabbed her upper arm, and pulled her toward him so he could say something more.

By the way, if Biden had grabbed my arm as hard as he grabbed hers, I’m pretty sure I’ve would’ve had a bruise a day or two later. (However, I do bruise kinda easily.)
