There was another point in the same exchange where Biden lost it and started talking about losing his boy to cancer (perhaps a sympathy ploy) but not directly answering the question. I was surprised the questionnaire, who read her question off a paper, was able to keep a straight face. This is not a person with the mental capacity to be President of the United States.
