AUSTIN, Texas — Chick-fil-A said Monday that it no longer plans to open a restaurant in the San Antonio airport, even though the Texas city relented after more than a year of legal wrangling that began when some city leaders opposed the fast-food chain getting a spot, citing donations made by company owners to anti-LGBTQ causes.
“We are always evaluating potential new locations in the hopes of serving existing and new customers great food with remarkable service.” Chick-fil-A said in a statement. “While we are not pursuing a location in the San Antonio airport at this time, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve San Antonians in our 32 existing restaurants.”
Some San Antonio City Council members blocked the chain from opening a restaurant at the San Antonio International Airport, saying they objected because Chick-fil-A's owners have donated to anti-LGBTQ causes for years.

Chick-fil-A sold its soul to win the favor of the LGBTQ crowd, and now they don’t want the location. Guess the pandemic made airport stores less valuable.

Stopped doing business at Chick-fil-A when they cut off the Salvation Army and started donating to SPLC. This after standing with them through the “boycotts” by homosexual activists. So tired of good people caving in to evil.
Screw chick-fil-a. We stood behind them when the lgbt freaks boycotted them. And then they turned around and spit in our faces by stopping all donations to charities that do not cater to disgusting leftest and freaks.

However, Chick-Fil-A is planning to build a new restaurant on the north side of Lexington, KY. That will give our only Popeye’s a run for the money!

Oh, is Chick-fil-A still around? I used to go miles out of my way to support them. I have not spent a penny there since last November when they gave the finger to FCA, and Salvation Army and decided to support a runaway shelter for drugged out kids started by a Homo priest.
I ate at CFA as much as I could to support them but since they turned to the darkside I have not been back.
Face it. Other than their peach shakes the food was really not that great.
Good for Chick-fil-A-I live in the middle of nowhere, but even I know that air travel is deep into the red ink since the Wuhan flu-and I’m sure Chick-fil-A’s financial gurus know opening an outlet in an airport-even in a major city-at this time would not bring sufficient profit to justify it. Dumbass city council of SA should have let them open when they first asked instead of playing the virtue card-I just love the irony...

They just opened a new store in Lacey, WA, and one is under construction in Spokane.
Apparently, they’re not slowing down THAT much.
