California’s Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed a controversial new law regarding judges' discretion on whether or not to add individuals to the state’s sex offender registry who have committed sodomy with minors.
Newsom signed the bill, passed by the Democratic-controlled state legislature, into law without comment on Friday, expanding the discretion granted to judges in statutory rape cases, according to ABC 7 News Los Angeles.
California law permitted judges to decide whether a man was placed on the sex offender registry if he had consensual intercourse with someone 14 to 17 years old and was not more than 10 years older than the other person. However, that discretion only applied to vaginal intercourse, which LGBT advocates, including the author of the new bill signed into law Friday, argued was discriminatory to gay men.

The joy and glee on Newsom's face is very weird and inappropriate as he spews the lie about Climate Change. Its almost as if he's rejoicing over the fires and the death and destruction its causing.
So with fires & smoke in the background, he's ecstatic as he signed into law this pro-homo pedophile bill, this is almost like the last day of Sodom & Gomorrah as the city officials relished their chance to gang rape Lot and exact their anger on him.
Though he settled among these wicked people, he failed to realize that they only wanted his money and that they really detested him. In their final outburst against him as they declared their desire to defile and destroy him, they made it very clearly that they despised him and what he stood for!
Only a few hours afterwards the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah would be like a smouldering furnace, destroyed by fire from above and consumed by the fires below. There were lots of tar pits and subterranean hydrocarbons around that plain. So it lit up and burned for many days.

You know, as I watch this video of Newsom over and over, it is hard to fathom that ANY NORMAL PERSON in charge of a state and its disastrous situation could be GRINNING like he just won the PowerBall lottery. Here he is, basically reflecting a HAPPY FACE about his state burning down, the untold damage he (and his criminal Dem cohorts) has done with the Covid shutdown of the state, horrible legislation he has approved, his INCREASED TAXATION AGENDA which is coming to the state...when any NORMAL PERSON would be sad for the state and its people and coming up with a PLAN TO FIX IT instead of just doing more and more of his DELIBERATE MARXIST DAMAGE.
