Donations to BLM are redirected to ActBlue who in turn donates the monies collected to assorted Democrat campaigns per an article I read recently. Smells BIG time.

With no intention to cast aspersions on good, hard-working people who needed the $600/wk stipend (CARES Act), then the $400/wk stipend (Trump EO), to help them out during the government-imposed misery, it must be said that there were no conditions on spending imposed on those stipends, as far as I know. So that could explain some of this peculiarity, unfortunately.
Just like the 0bama 2008 donations.
