Although it will be different, there will be remembrances. Pence will be in NY tomorrow; Biden and Trump at Shanksville. The 9/11 Memorial and Museum will be open for family members.
The Tribute in Light is still happening in NYC; there has been a Towers of Light tribute set up next to the Pentagon. A similar one will be at Shanksville.
