If there is a Federal issue here I would also urge prosecution.
Sounds to me like these two adults denied this 7-year-old his First Amendment rights.
They can keep the dirty F’ing hands off our old folks too.
I’m so sick of this... At some point they ARE going to pay.
They face some difficult times now. They will have to hire an attorney and defend themselves against the charges. If convicted they will be felons who targeted a child. There is also the possibility of a civil lawsuit. They will have to pay out a lot of money for that just in defense bills, not to mention a possible adverse verdict from a civil jury. Stupid hurts, and it can be ruinously expensive!
Some states, like California, have laws on the books which make it a crime to intimidate the elderly. For instance, if an elderly couple is having dinner, and an activist starts screaming at them and induces fear, the activist can be arrested. You point is a very good one. Keep your hands off the elderly too!

Maybe it should be considered, especially in an election year when parents are already on the edge because of the closed schools. The President could remind people that the rioters would damage their cars, their homes, their workplaces and their places of worship. And now, they are targeting your children. I think it would be a kick in the gut and the left would have no defense for it.

Modern liberalism has become nothing but hate anyway, and expressions of it are increasingly criminal. It’s been a long time since I heard anything positive about themselves from ‘liberals’.
In other news a vandal got shot with paintballs by the owner of the house for urinating on the Trump sign.
