Looks like a political study rather than a scientific. Notice that the 266K figure is does not specify they were attendees, appears the "researchers" used some kind of contact after Sturgis as a basis.

Contact tracers were explicitly forbidden from asking if people had gone to George Floyd marches and memorials, riots/BLM protests etc.
Hundreds of thousands went and did it for months.
We are being played and that IS why there was a jump in June cases.

My outrage is with the reported “cases” in these stories. No one ever answers these questions....
How many tested positive? Testing positive is not exactly a case.
How many are currently ill, and how ill? (No one EVER tells us this!!!)
How many died, and what other complications were there?
These vague, panic-raising headlines are driving me nuts.
