The left (that is, the statists) are always the oppressors. Even Hitler led a Socialist party. His big problem with the left was that his plans for world domination conflicted with those of Stalin, so the famous Hitler-Stalin pact fell apart. They had wanted to dominate the world together in their Socialist paradise.
