Man shot in Portland on street approximately 8:45pm, at 2nd and Morrison. Conflicting reports as to shooter. Man appears to be deceased at the scene.
Crowd has assumed it is a black man BLM and is becoming very agitated.

So video looks like a black guy walked up to a white and shot him twice and killed.
That would explain why it would be “not protest related”, that’s just Saturday night downtown.
