Handlers will continue to exercise them them daily, so they will be in shape to resume rioting in earnest on 4 November, after a generous dose of methamphetamine.
Tey will give them methamphetamine for the weeks leading up to the election and then make them cold turkey on Election Day. Coming down from a weeks-long jag they will be so agitated from not having their fix they will go completely nuts.
