The judge is actually making a mockery out of the system and not really saving the murderer.
But I do see the judges point of view, with out a prescription, this guy could be given drugs that may be harmful to him.

As for the judge stopping the execution for this is pure BS. No doctor can give such a prescription because it is meant to kill the “patient”.

Hey judge. Why don’t you volunteer to test those drugs to make sure thy won’t cause any discomfort to the perp when he is injected with them.
Using her logic, no lethal injection could be carried out, because every sane person (you cannot execute an insane person) has the legal right to refuse any and all medications.
