A little known fact about these types of settlements is there is both a non-disclosure clause (i.e., neither side can announce the amount of settlement) and a non-disparagement agreement (neither side can make negative remarks about the other.)
Since Joe works for CNN, he should have been warned. Now the settlement may be voided and its back to court for CNN. Possibly more dough for Nick.

I loved RedEye back when Gutfeld was doing it. My wife liked it because watching the news upsets her and she could take it a little better when there was a panel making jokes about it.

Hey Joe, CNN is paying Nick more in a day than they pay you in 20 years.
Unless it’s deliberate satire (doubtful?), that photo is fabulous on so many levels:
1. The pants-down-the-ass is prison brag since in prison belts are taken from inmates; thus the belts defy that logic.
2. The longjohns defy the same.
3. Can’t tell if their shoes have laces, but probably do; again, defying prison rules.
4. Try running dressed like that. Hilarious visuals.
Nah, unfortunately, I don’t think he can be sued for that comment. He’s playing to the crowd that still hasn’t learned its lesson, and whose only takeaway is that they now resent Nick Sandmann and Trump MORE, because they WON.
