Back to the purpose of the thread:

My comment about disrespecting Nicki Haley was addressed to the author of the article -who seems to think that the GOP only brings her out as a ‘token’.

That is very disrespectful considering she was actually given a very important job in the Trump administration.

I don’t agree with Nicki Haley always, but the GOP is certainly NOT the party that has token people they being out. They do not have a ‘token black’ or a ‘token woman’ or anything. Democrats do that.

When I suggested that the article was rude to Haley because she is not ‘dragged out’ as a token several freepers here immediately jumped to “BUT SHE’S A RINO...” and missed the point of the article.

This article was less about Haley than it was a dig at the GOP party.

I was posting about the AUTHOR and the ARTICLE, not Nicki Haley. THE AUTHOR seems to think the GOP hires ‘token’ Indians (and token blacks and token etc.)

This was my entire point.

I made no mention of ‘supporting’ Haley. I said she was great in the UN and that I don’t always agree with her.

But the ARTICLE and AUTHOR said she was only hired when the GOP needs to ‘bring out an Indian’, which is patently false be cause she was given a prominent position already.

And I’ve made dozens of posts in a nearly daily basis for over 20 years, easily adding up into the thousands.

But you probably could not find any because you’re so stupid.
