o. k. Lets say trump wins in November. The Biden team challenges all the write-in ballots. Who’s president in january? Or what if Biden wins and they find mail-in votes were improperly mailed? Whos president until it gets investigated?
ANOTHER HANGING CHAD ELECTION.
If enough states fail to certify electors (college) to get to 270 by december 5th, then the election goes tot house. One vote per state for candidates only. no pelosi. Republicans are majority in 26 states to 23 and one split.

Some have said it's Nancy, as the next in line after POTUS and VP. Others say no, it's up to the House to vote and determine, with each state getting one vote each.
I have problems with both scenarios since House members' terms are up at the same time, and they are on the same ballot as Biden and Trump (along with 1/3 of the Senate). Do any of them still have jobs?
Nancy's term as speaker is up, too, is she still the Speaker of the House? House members, who may not even still be House members, are supposed to vote on who the Speaker should be...
Dems will say Nancy should stay as Speaker until this is straightened out, but if she gets to keep her job, why shouldn't Trump?
What a mess...
Constitutionally, if by January 1, 2021 a president has not been declared, the Speaker of the House of Representatives will assume the Presidency until a President can be declared. It may require a new election. This is the DC Establishment/ Democrats plan to displace Trump from the WH. A President Pelosi can do much damage until another election can be done.
Well to answer all your questions, Biden of course.
