State Democrats succeeded in kicking the Green Party off the ballot in Montana this week, with the Montana Supreme Court ruling that they must be dropped.
The decision could impact the tight U.S. Senate race between Republican Sen. Steve Daines and sitting Democratic Gov. Steve Bullock – one of several that could determine control of the U.S. Senate.
The ruling happened after massive pressure was put on people who had already given valid signatures for a petition for Green Party ballot access, according to Green Party representatives.

The Democratic party is not “democratic” with a small “d”; they don’t want voters to have more choices of candidates and parties to vote for? How is that “democratic” with a small “d”?
Does the Democratic party not preach at us that we need to make it easier to vote, improve ballot access, yadda, yadda, yadda????
Or do they want to make it easier to vote only for Democrats????

Will they be angry enough to now vote for Trump, another party or will they just accept that they are forced to vote for Biden.

Some of us are so naive. We’re dealing with a party that fought a civil war and killed more than in any other war in our history, and happily enslaved then lynched, bombed and beat black people for generations. They steal elections and they conspire with communist nations.

Ok, so they requested a “green party ballot”, in the general election in Montana, do you only get to vote for one party?
Seems a genuine threat to “democracy’ when one party gets another kicked off the ballot.

Looks like the Democrats cheated in 2018 and again in 2020.

They have been doing this for decades. Whatever they are accusing conservatives of doing is an indication of what they are doing.
Or, those who would vote for the greens will stay home.
Montana judges are leftist and omnipresent; no matter the law or ruling in question, the conservatives are shot down by the Black-robed Leftists Majority.
I completely agree with this. We should all know by now however that the democrats do not give a rip about hypocrisy or being labeled hipocrites.........
they certainly have a crapload of gall- they are suppressing voters while complaining about voter suppression- Unreal!
