Chicago is dead. No hope. Voters are so brainwashed they are clueless and unable to fathom the death blows the city received this year. The Gov and Mayor have no idea that their lack of leadership has started a death spiral that cannot be contained. Only a Trump type of leader can save Illinois and Chicago. What businesses are going to invest their assets into Illinois/Chicago?
