This is an intractable problem. There is no solution. The scum white liberals and ghetto blacks voted in screwball Democrats, causing normal, responsible people to pack up and leave. The concentration of gibs-me-dats increases year after year. There can be no solution at the ballot box. Chicago has fallen into an irreversable downward spiral.
