The story references last week’s kerkuffle with CBS’s Paula Reid about DjT’s assertion that his GOP finally passed the Veterans Choice.
The bill was passed in 2014, but strengthened last year, as I understand it, to afford more choice and priorities to veterans which weren’t working. .....providing better access to non-VA services.
So, media’s claims were technically correct, but practically incorrect. What’s the use of a policy if no one can use it ? Typical government good intentions that don’t work
