OT, but.. If you can only go with what is provable, why was Congress allowed to impeach President Trump?
Impeachment is just a formal accusation. It is like you writing to the police or the District Attorney and casting an accusation about your neighbour. It is relatively meaningless without a trial in the Senate to weigh the evidence. The House can make a thousand votes to impeach every single day and it is meaningless without a trial and vote to remove.
