But we saw the complete picture on Monday night when with the help of a few color-coordinated charts the president hopelessly stumbled and bumbled his way through a train wreck of an interview with Jonathan Swan of Axios, which aired on HBO. ... Because the president didn’t have the luxury of calling on another reporter, he was forced to at least attempt to clarify his nonsensical arguments, like why the percentage of the American population that has died due to COVID-19 complications isn’t really that important. He could not do this, of course, and the result was one of the most incoherent, depressing, and flat-out embarrassing interviews of Trump’s presidency.

To be entirely honest, though, reviewing your posts doesn’t show TOO bad a Freeper, at least for the first couple of pages. Yeah, you are excessively pessimistic, but that’s not a ban-sin. Yeah, you bagged on our forum, but earlier you mentioned that ALL internet forums are echo-chambers. I’m not uncovering much.
However, I still stand on my view that this interview was not as horrible as you (or Rolling Stone) portrays. Not many people would do well with excessive, combative interruptions... and President Trump was trying to remain respectful, which — given the interviewer — was clearly a mistake.

I know, I’ve been around too. This election is a bit more ‘interesting’ than 2016 was. I pretty much figured if Trump could get past Cruz he’d win. The GOP is so hated right now I don’t take anything for granted. I don’t mean to be negative, but Trump really needs to be focused and run the country at the same time. A tough lot.
I don’t think the incessant scoffing and sniggering that Biden did in the last debates with Ryan is going to work for him against Trump.
There’s got to be drugs like Adderall XR and you bet that they will have Biden doped up on those stimulants to keep him awake and looking less demented.
