Mark Levin Accuses “Enormously Political” Chief Justice Roberts Of Leaking To Media About Other Justices: “It is a huge problem” [VIDEO]

The Blaze -Last week, CNN ran a series of “exclusive” stories that revealed the Supreme Court’s private deliberations over President Donald Trump’s taxes. But how did CNN reporter Joan Biskupic get a hold of such sensitive information?

On the latest episode of “LevinTV,” BlazeTV host Mark Levin argued that Chief Justice John Roberts is likely the leaker.

Levin told his followers, “The chief justice of the United States — is enormously political, and I believe he is a leaker,” adding, “If there’s leaking going on, and there clearly is, one justice against another, it is a huge problem.”

Levin referenced a Newsweek article written by Josh Blackman, South Texas College of Law professor and author of “An Introduction to Constitutional Law: 100 Supreme Court Cases Everyone Should Know.” In his article, Blackman asserts that “the Supreme Court has turned into a sieve” and, worse, the leaks appear to be specifically designed to advance politically-motivated narratives. He then lists five steps Chief Justice Roberts can (but likely won’t) take to bring the Court back in order.

“You know, I hate to do this, I mean it’s not like we don’t wake up every morning with constant concerns about what’s going on in this country. But we’re seeing a complete breakdown of a civil society and a constitutional system,” Levin said. “The Supreme Court is turning into a sieve.

“This week, the Democrats have threatened to expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court and pack it with leftists. This is how evil and totalitarian the Democrats are right now. They’re prepared to burn down, not just cities, but burn down the whole damn country.”

As positive as the fact that Trump brings business experience to the executive branch, national self-government is different from a business. Inefficient government is not the fundamental problem that if only fixed our problems would be solved.

The federal government is too big to succeed. This has come to pass in part because it has no limits (i.e. it operates beyond its Constitutionally enumerated powers as blessed by the courts), it debases the people’s (fiat) currency, the citizens have become subjects of all 3 branches which have no accountability to the people, unequal treatment under the law is widespread, laws are selectively enforced (e.g. illegal immigration), and the cultural morality (Judeo-Christian) needed for people to responsibly self-govern has been significantly weakened, and even attacked by its own government. Mix all these things together and plus a few more and that is why we are where we are.

“Epileptics cannot get a driver license last I knew.”

I have such a colleague who drives. I would not equate such a disease with unsound mind. There are other reasons to dislike Roberts, but the medical condition is not it. If anything, it is obvious he lives in a bubble, removed from the real world, and the country’s history.

Same with Biden. Last fall it was obvious that there is something medically wrong with him. All politics aside, it is sad to see this. It is less about Biden than the criminal enterprise/power structure that tricked the party’s voters into believing (again ... think 2016) that they (through primaries) pick their candidate. Now the chickens may have come home to roost and they are working hard to figure it out the next step ... we are midway through August and no VP nominee?!?! Biden didn’t help as his deteriorating mind is causing him to say some things he might have been able to control in days past, despite his history of gaffes.

I have a seizure disorder. I also have a driver’s license (State of PA). My disorder is controlled by medication and working to stay calm.

News to me. When I got my license you could not. Not the same in every state, nor should it be.

He’s compromised. He can be forced to resign.

He’s also culpable in FISAGATE as the FISC is his responsibility and it was subverted under his watch.

Much like presidents, US Supreme Court Justices can be impeached by Congress. Last Justice to have impeachment papers was Justice Chase in 1805 but was acquitted in the Senate.

Impeaching Roberts is a long shot.

Easier to force him to resign to escape scandal.

If the known horrors continue approaching limited public disclosure with Roberts shown to succumb to blackmail, no question he will resign in a deal to keep it discreet

I cannot imagine the pressures felt by the Chief Justice of U.S. Supreme Court. Tough job!

Bet it is even tougher when you know that Nancy Pelosi, Rod Rosenstein, John Podesta, & John Brennan have a damning & incriminating recording of you!

Tough way to earn a living!!!

There seems to be a pandemic of poorly reasoned rulings by Title III judges in 2020 election fraud cases.

I wonder how many of those judges are familiar with the surveillance program named “Sunset?” Or what that illegal spy program revealed about them?

Asking for a friend

wow you are clueless. was there a point to what you said. I am guessing not. I am a great believer in valid criticizem but when you bring in something like epilepsy as being a reason all I can say is you are a low information vote. My guess is you did not think out what you said. You have no clue about what you are refencing. I myself only had petti mal seizures till I was in my late 20s but my bet is that there are others on here that have seizures that are worse. Guess what they are competent in jobs like being a lawyer or a judge. The reason why an epileptic would not be driving a car is not intellectual. the reason is that if you have seizure while driving you could kill some one when you loose control of your body or if you just loose conscience.

What evidence does he have that it’s Roberts and not RBG?

RBG's a little preoccupied haunting the Supreme Court library...

Presumably you got your license in the 40s prior to the advent of modern anticonvulsant pharmaceuticals...
