Seriously, that has GOT to be some sort of health violation. Anyone affected by this ridiculous move had better “lawyer up.”

I would. It’s not right to deprive American citizens of basic services that they pay taxes for.

Of course, should those citizens withhold those taxes on a pro-rated basis (i.e, for every day they go without water or power, X amount is deducted from their tax payments), well, the government will go after them full throttle.

Withholding is a scourge that has allowed the government to hypnotize people into not really realizing just how much of their hard work is actually going to fund the fat, bloated governments at all levels.

Definitely. Think about it. Apparently the local government out there is so bloated and overstaffed they believe they can administer something like this.

It’s the middle of summer. They will be putting people’s lives in more danger by turning off their power and water, than their catching the virus.
