I have to say I’m for the extra $600 to be extended, I know a lot of people who cannot return to work who made a lot more than this and won’t survive without it.
I agree with you. A lot of people who are unable to go out and get ‘laboring’ jobs, but were let go from jobs that they WERE capable of doing, are in danger of being evicted from their homes, and are having difficulty paying for the food and medicine that they need.
So many people think President Trump is a greedy, rich ‘racist’, but this shows that he’s thinking about the people who have little and are facing disaster.
You must still balance the need for this stipend against the probability (JMO) that some of those checks are going into baseball bats, bricks, tactics, etc. I’d still drop it to $300.
