you aren’t that far away drive to the office and go in. Try
working your way up the ladder beyond the receptionist.

I would think that any voter in Colorado would have proper standing to file a law suit to have this changed and failing change could ask for the election to be set aside. This FACILITATES and ENCOURAGES fraud and improper handling.
