It happened because of their high dependence on Horses, the methane they let out made the Seas Boil? or maybe the arctic ice melting did it?

So much for the narrative that evil Republicans and the Industrial Age are responsible for warming. These people will not be able to responds to this article for a while. They are too busy representing themselves as Coronavirus experts

It was called the “Roman Warm Period.” It was the height of Roman civilization. They were growing grapes in Britain. Then it got colder, the Empire declined and climate changed forced the migration of barbarian tribes into the Empire. The Empire fell and the ensuing cold period was known as “the Dark Ages.”

So tell me again why we want it colder?

North Africa was Rome’s breadbasket. Climate change is real—obviously North Africa isn’t anyone’s bread basket now and hasn’t been for a long time. Seriously doubt the climate change was caused by Roman SUVs.

So the climate can and has changed. Humans adapted. It’s what we do.

ROFL

The Romans when in England use to make wine there and they didn’t use greenhouses, lights, or modern tech. LOL That’s because the temperatures were higher there as well.

All this global warming crap was just that... crap.

But be careful what you ask for! When that fad ends, and it will, just like the ozone hole, polar bears, baby seals, the spotted owl, acid rain, and rain forest; some other invented problem that needs solved and which threatens all our existence unless we take immediate action will arise. Pop culture will jump all over it offering great solutions like wiping your ass with a single sheet of paper, politicians will pander to it which always only means more rules and taxes (and that shows “leadership in crisis”), and wanna be scientists writing long papers and conducting studies costing millions of tax dollars.

The real question should be, what stupid shit where a bunch of kids get stirred up and some asshole politician will propose more laws and government agency will propose more regulations will come next?

Warmer waters mean faster growing algae and other green slimes.

Well, Rome did have a republic for some time, so it is sorta accurate to blame Republicans...

Depends on your POV. They dumped trash, offal and raw sewage into the ocean at that time with no restrictions.

Wow. I’m impressed! These guys know how warm the Mediterranean Sea was 2000 years ago, to the tenth of a degree.

Wait a minute. That’s impossible to know with any accuracy. So this is more nonsense pretending to be science.

But I really shouldn’t be complaining. Because my cat just told me that Global Warming is related to kitten sneezes. I don’t know why my cat thinks that. But tomorrow I’ll be applying for a federal research grant.
