Most cars, wherever you get them, come with a donut. Some even just come with a can of Fix-A-Flat. That is as much about getting a miniscule drop in weight to meet mileage for CAFE as anything. If the car is a good deal, spend $200 for a spare tire and wheel, and you are all set.
