The Coeur d’Alene Press this morning had a long article about soaring real estate prices here. They FINALLY admitted people are fleeing Portland and Seattle to move here. The Fed’s low interest rates combined with the trillions of COVID stimulus and the massive communist riots has people fleeing for safety. There is almost zero real estate inventory here today.
Just talked to a California escapee in the gun shop the other day. He was disgusted with the place and thrilled to be able to buy black guns in Tennessee.
