About 6 weeks ago a Federal judge in Boston ruled that Charlie Baker,the Trump hating RINO Governor of Massachusetts,violated residents' 2nd Amendment rights by declaring gun shops and gun ranges to be "non essential" and,as such,ordering them to shut down.

The judge ordered that they be allowed to open.

As important as the 2nd Amendment is it can easily be argued that the 1st Amendment...freedom of religion and freedom of peaceful assembly...is at least as important,and maybe even more important,than the 2nd Amendment.

There's gotta be a judge somewhere in Kalifornia...state or Federal...who doesn't hold the US Constitution in total contempt as so many Rat and RINO politicians do.

Endless appeals and nothing gets done. 1 judge rules against the governor; and appealate Obama-judge overturns. If it’s red-balled to the USSC, then you have to worry about 4 libs + John Roberts.

I would imagine that the church board and elders have their legal ducks in a row.

They know what they are dealing with and it may be that they didn’t do this sooner because they were working out the details and potential for consequences and their response to it.
