Portland authorities are calling on the government to remove fencing around a federal courthouse amid ongoing protests or face legal action, according to a recently published official letter.
The “illegally” installed concrete and metal barriers “are both unpermitted and represent a hazard to the traveling public,” said a letter sent with a cease-and-desist order to a federal official Thursday. Among other things, they block a bike lane, according to the document, published online by Willamette Week.

OK...a legal fence is illegal, but illegal rioters are legal.

The mayor of portland is totally and completely responsible for any and all actions of the rioters, and to all damage to federal buildings.

The government should send Portland a $250,000 clean up fee for their failure to protect the courthouse. AND move all federal offices out of Portland and don’t relocate employees.
Tell them when they stop the rioters from trying to burn down the court house, the fence can come down.

can these officials be tried for aiding and abetting domestic terrorists then since they want to make it easier for the domestic terrorists antifa and blm to attack the building and people within it?

The Federal law Enforcement are not out hunting protestors to silence, the violent mob is attacking the Federal property that they are protecting.

Surprised Wheeler would allow that to happen because the next time he visit the protestor’s site he may get his lights punched out.
